You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use rr24. Proof of age is required as part of KYC verification. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately suspended and all funds returned.
Each individual may hold only one rr24 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated bonus funds forfeited. Use your real identity — rr24 verifies all accounts via KYC documentation.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to individual wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods. Bonus abuse — including multi-accounting or matched betting — will result in disqualification.

To use the rr24 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a single account using accurate, current, and complete personal information. You must provide your real name, valid email address, date of birth, and other information as required during registration.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on rr24. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be immediately suspended, associated bonus funds will be forfeited, and Real Money Funds may be withheld pending investigation.
Before rr24 processes any withdrawal request, you will be required to complete identity verification. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, international passport, or other government-issued photo identification. rr24 may request additional documentation including proof of address or proof of payment method at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. rr24 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials. You must notify rr24 support immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
rr24 supports the following payment methods for Malaysian players: FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The availability of specific payment methods may change without advance notice.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 20. Deposits are credited to your rr24 account in real time in the majority of cases, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider. rr24 does not charge fees on deposits, although your bank or eWallet provider may apply their own charges.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30. Withdrawals are processed by rr24 within 5–15 minutes on average, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that is registered in your name and that matches the identity on your verified rr24 account. rr24 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Where a deposit has been matched with a bonus, the full deposit amount plus any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed. rr24 will not process withdrawals where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives offered by rr24 are subject to individual promotion terms that are published at the time the promotion is made available. General bonus conditions include:
All games available on rr24 are governed by the rules published within each individual game or betting market. In the event of a discrepancy between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall prevail for that specific game or event.
rr24 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or data feed error has produced an incorrect outcome or odds. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the User's account balance.
rr24 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or betting market. Games may be removed, suspended, or restricted without advance notice due to licensing, technical, or regulatory requirements.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rr24 Platform:
rr24 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit any associated bonus or real money funds, and report the activity to relevant authorities where legally required.
All content on the rr24 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, interface design, and other proprietary material — is the intellectual property of rr24 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any rr24 content without prior written authorisation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rr24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
rr24's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your rr24 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
rr24 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available".

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rr24's operating entity is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation in the first instance. rr24 operates a formal complaints procedure accessible via the 24/7 live chat support channel. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of rr24's operating jurisdiction.
